"Really easy checkout, no hassle"
Checkout was smooth and quick, which I appreciated because I just wanted to grab my baseball gear and not deal with a bunch of extra steps. I found what I needed, added everything to my cart, and the payment went through without any weird errors, confusing pop-ups, or last-minute issues. I also got the confirmation right away, so I wasn’t left wondering if the order actually went through or not. Overall, happy with the whole experience.

"Rewards don’t really justify the extra spending"
I’ve ordered from Baseball Monkey a few times and the site itself has been fine, but the rewards program doesn’t feel all that worthwhile to me. You have to spend quite a bit before getting anything that actually helps, and I’m cautious about chasing discounts if I’m not sure the payoff is worth it. Shipping and prices can be decent depending on the order, but I’d feel better coming back more often if the loyalty rewards gave regular customers a bit more value.

I ordered a new bat and expected shipping to be higher, but it was actually fair. I also didn’t get hit with any random extra fees at checkout, which was nice. I had checked with support beforehand and they basically said something like, “what you see at checkout should be the final cost,” and that ended up being true. Overall, happy with the order and I’d buy from Baseball Monkey again
"Sale prices didn’t feel worth the hassle"
I checked out Baseball Monkey because they were running a sale, and I figured I might find a decent deal. But the discounts weren’t that impressive. A lot of items were only marked down by a few dollars, so it didn’t really feel like a big sale.
What made it more annoying was going through all the steps just to see the final total. I’d add something to my cart, keep clicking through, check shipping, and by the time everything was added up, the savings were basically gone. Some prices ended up looking about the same as other sites that weren’t even having a sale.
Maybe I was expecting too much, but it just felt like more hassle than it was worth. I left the site kind of frustrated and empty-handed, and I probably won’t rush back next time they advertise a sale

"I ordered some gear that was listed..."
I ordered some gear that was listed as available, but right after I paid, I was told it was actually on backorder. From there it felt like the goalposts kept moving, every time I checked in, the expected date had changed again. I barely got any updates unless I contacted them first, and it seemed like they didn’t really know what was happening. I finally got tired of waiting, canceled the order, and bought it somewhere else.
"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered a bat and it ended up arriving almost a week later than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I didn’t really know what was going on most of the time. The bat itself was fine once it got here, but the delivery experience wasn’t reliable enough for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to send back an item because the fit just wasn’t right, and I was expecting the refund process to drag on. But BaseballMonkey handled it really smoothly. Once they received the return, they processed the refund fast, and the money was back in my account sooner than I thought it would be. I appreciated that there weren’t a bunch of extra steps or back-and-forth emails to deal with. Easy experience overall, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Fit was the main issue for me"
I ordered baseball pants and a jersey from baseballmonkey and I was mostly paying attention to the sizing since that’s what mattered to me. I used their size chart, but it didn’t really line up with what showed up. The pants felt tighter than expected, and the jersey was way too big around the shoulders. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but the fit info just wasn’t very helpful. I ended up returning one item and keeping the other even though I’m not thrilled with it. Kind of frustrating.

I used the site the other day, or maybe it was sometime last week, and found my gear quickly. Everything was easy enough to search through and I didn’t have any issues getting to what I needed

They carry some good brands, and my order email and receipt came through fine, so no issues there. I just wish they had a wider selection because a few of my favorite brands were missing

"Helpful reply, but a little slow"
I’ll say the support team did get back to me and the answer was actually helpful once it came through. That said, I was a bit frustrated because it took longer than I expected to hear back about my order. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and they did resolve my question, I just wish the response time had been a little quicker.

"Felt like the better deal right away"
I was shopping around for a new bat and Baseball Monkey just felt like the smart place to buy from. Their price was already lower than what I was seeing at other shops, even before I added the sale code, and the shipping cost didn’t make me second-guess it.
I’m not saying every single thing on the site is always the cheapest, but for what I needed, it was clearly a good deal. Checkout was simple, I saved more than I expected, and my gut reaction was that I made the right choice

Got a new glove from Baseball Monkey and the page info was actually right. Size, throw hand, color, break-in notes. All matched.
Shipping was fine. Mostly just liked not having to guess. Made ordering easy.

"Gear didn’t hold up"
I ordered a bat and a pair of gloves, and they felt cheap right out of the box. The stitching on the gloves was already loose, and the bat grip started peeling after just one practice — that part was weird. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Honestly impressed with the gear"
I kind of ordered the hoodie and practice pants from Baseball Monkey on a whim, i’m glad I did. They both fit really well, and the material felt better than I expected right out of the package. I’ve already washed them a few times and haven’t noticed any weird shrinking or fading. Definitely happy with the purchase and I’d grab apparel from them again.
